Jiangsu Luyi Textile Technology Co., Ltd., was founded in June 2014. It is a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hong Liu Group, a company that is vice-president  of the China Home Textile Association. Luyi is located in the Shuyang Economic Development Zone, occupying an area of 70,000 square meters and possessing 100 million RMB in registered capital.  Siyang Hongyi Textile Technology Co., Ltd., was founded in June 2016. It is a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hong Liu Group, a company that is vice-president of the China Home Textile Association.Siyang Hongyi is located in the Siyang Economic Development Zone, occupying an area of 40,000 square meters and possessing 20 million RMB in registered capital. The company uses state-of-the-art domestic printing and dyeing equipment, such as pad-steam dyeing machines, rotary screen printers, digital printers, and camber forming units. Quality assurance is also carried out at Siyang Hongyi, and computerized equipment is used to measure dye uniformity, color fastness, thickness, and to test for anti-velvet. In addition, Siyang Hongyi has built a wastewater treatment facility with a capacity of 5,000 m3/d. The company specializes in the printing, dyeing, finishing, and sales of high-grade extra-wide textile fabrics. Siyang Hongyi is currently only one of a few printing and dyeing enterprises in northern Jiangsu that offers high-quality products and a wide range of services. The company currently has 240 employees and almost 30 technicians. The annual production capacity is 100 million meters, the output value is 300 million RMB, and the sales volume is 300 million RMB. Shuyang Hong Liu Textile Technology Co., Ltd., is one of the largest bedding producers in China. It was the Hong Liu Group’s second investment after Jiangsu Luyi. The company is located in Shuyang County, a national economic and technological development zone with easy access to both land and water transportation. Shuyang Hong Liu has received 1.2 billion RMB in investment and possesses 250 million RMB in registered capital. Its planned construction area is 170,000 square meters, and its anticipated annual output is 120 million meters of home textile fabrics. The construction plan consists of three phases.The company has more than 50 sets of advanced, domestically-produced printing and dyeing machines, including: 4 brushing machines; 2 reduction machines; 11 energy-saving, high-pressure, high-temperature, low-bath dyeing machines (7 four-barrel machines, 4 two-barrel machines); 7 energy-saving setting machines; 2 high-speed rotary screen printers; 2 steaming machines; and 2 two-layer washing machines.
